University Center Activities & Events Facilities

University Center Activities & Events offers a wide-range of facilities that can accommodate any event from meetings to banquets to theater shows.  UCAE works to provide event planners with an appropriate facility with the amenities and technical support needed to assure the successful completion of your next meeting or event.

Our Conferences & Event Services office reserves facilities in the University Center precinct including the Bryan Center, West Union, Page Auditorium and Flowers Building, as well as rooms in the East Union, McClendon Tower and Keohane Atrium.

Remember, plan early.  Many facilities book early and others are only available for event use at certain times.  Others may be reserved for specific uses only and may not be available for the kind of event you are planning.
