Equipment

The following equipment is provided in the facility:

• 7 dressing rooms
• 130 permanent seatssound system

The sound system is designed around four Celestion speakers on c-clamps to allow flexible placement anywhere in the theatre. It consists of:

• A Mackie 24 channel
• 2 CD players
• Cassette deck
• 2 (15) band stereo EQ's with BGW amplifier

Other services can be arranged through the technical coordinator for an additional charge.

Technical Support

The facility requires a Theater Operations technician to be onsite during the event. Group reserving the facility would pay for the labor fees of the technician.

Housekeeping

Normal cleanup services are included in rental fees. There is an additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage.

Sanitation

A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional sanitation services are available at additional charge.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking deck behind the Bryan Center within walking distance of the theater. Visitors can park in the deck for a fee ($2 per hour) and special arrangements can be made for larger groups.

Catering

Food or beverages are not allowed in the auditorium

Handicapped Accessibility

The entire facility, including restrooms, are fully accessible to disabled persons.
